great location convenient location clean room useful facilities street noise leaking ac inconvenient situation
the location was indeed convenient, right by victoria gate. i could easily walk to the gozo fast ferry. my room was clean and equipped with useful facilities.
There was noise. I could hear sounds from the street even with windows closed. also, the air conditioning above the bed leaked a bit. it was inconvenient.

The location was excellent. I loved the full English breakfast. It was served at a cafe a few streets away. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The air conditioning unit from the next room was noisy. I could easily hear it.

amazing stay with harbour views!
very nice view spacious room daily water perfect location
the view was just very nice! the room, a beautiful double room sea view, was spacious and nicely decorated. we got fresh towels and bottled water every day! the location was perfect, very close to the gozo fast ferry. the staff even provided breakfast the night before our early checkout, so we wouldn't miss out!!!
the stairs were a little tricky, but that's typical for these old buildings.

moldy room loud music
The room reeked of mold. Shower had no door so water splashed all over. The noise was too much. I heard loud music from a nearby bar until late. I did not get proper rest. I regret I booked this hotel.

charming stay with harbour views
spacious room effective air conditioning ample light
the room was spacious and included a safe for valuables. i found a fridge, ideal for keeping drinks cool. the air conditioning worked very effectively . i especially liked the four windows, these allowed ample natural light into the room.
the check-in process was a little confusing. i waited a while for someone to arrive and show me to the room. it would benefit from clearer instructions upon arrival.
